Jimmy was a passenger in a horse truck when it was involved in a collision with a semi-trailer and a tractor. Despite the quick and courageous efforts of a member of the public who provided first aid before paramedics arrived, Jimmy could not be saved and sadly passed away at the scene.

The loss is almost too great to comprehend, not only for his family but also for the horse-riding community where Jimmy had already made his mark as a young and talented competitor with an incredibly bright future ahead of him.
